About Me

As an instructional designer, I blend the art and the science of learning to produce impactful experiences for organizations and the individuals within them. You can see more about my design process here. 

I've been in the professional learning space for twelve years, and it's a joy and an honor to have seen first-hand the transformation and empowerment that good learning experiences can bring. I've been an educator, a success coach, an interventionist, a content design consultant, and a professional learning facilitator. I'm now bringing the culmination of all of these experiences to the instructional design field. I help conduct needs analysis to ensure a targeted learning impact, facilitate ILT and VILT sessions, create eLearning modules, consult on visual design, and evaluate learning impact.
